| DEPOSITS A deposit equal to the cost of one-third of your stay or one night, whichever is greater, is required to guarantee a reservation. Deposits of 50% may be required for holiday periods and special events. The balance is due upon arrival. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. Personal checks accepted only for advance reservations. |
CANCELLATIONS Deposits will be refunded only if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 21 days, up to 90 days for holiday periods and special events, prior to arrival. A $50.00 cancellation charge will be deducted from any returned deposit. Cancellation fees of up to $100 per room may apply to holiday periods and special events |
